"The owners were very responsive and very nice. The place was very clean. It was very easy to gain access to the property. I would say that the 3rd bedroom is more suited for children rather than for adults. The house itself looks like it was recently updated throughout. The kitchen and the two bathrooms were well done. There is a very nice deck off the kitchen/dining room area. There is a little one upstairs. The place is very airy and there is good light throughout."

"Great little quiet studio up in the hills of Mill Valley. Beautiful deck overlooking the area and the bay. Cozy, but has most everything necessary. My only complaint is that it wasn't terribly clean. The area rug hadn't been vacuumed and there were cobwebs in various places. Normally, I can live with that, but since I paid an $85 cleaning fee (which I assume the previous renter paid as well), it would be nice to have it clean."
