"My family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Concarneau at this property. The location is ideal. We enjoyed walking to the quick ferry to the walled part of the city. It was nice to be so close but to return to the quiet neighborhood that the home is in. The back of the living room opens up (triple doors) to the view of the harbor. "Disappointed. We were not aware that the owners had four large, boisterous dogs one of which was very aggressive. The facilities were basic. We were surprised that we had to light an antiquated boiler each time in order to obtain hot water. There was no WiFi connection. Although the property was described as being in Concarneau, it was some distance from the town. "Comfortable accommodation, with easy access to the small ferry which takes you across to the Old Town. Well equipped kitchen although a good choice of restaurants in the town itself. Good links to routes to a range of picturesque beaches. Overall, an excellent break!"

"The house is absolutely beautiful and space inside perfect for our group of 12. The garden and pool are also ideal. However the noise, which was by no means excessive for 6 kids age 10 and under having fun in a pool, was a problem for the close proximity of the neighbours which was a shame."
