"The person who checked us in did not give us an upgrade or free breakfast. We got a bottle of wine. However, the front desk is very helpful. They provided us with 2 adapters. We were able to get local currency exchange immediately and they went a mile to accompany us to a grocery/convenience store. We forgot the name of the person who showed us visually where to pick up the hop on and off bus. He even checked on us while we were at Burger King to make sure we were ok. They were very...
