"This is luxury personified. Stunning views, wonderful rooms with the option to stay in bespoke accommodation. Such as a private pool or hot tub options. There is simply no better view on the Helshgoote Pass. Staff were extremely helpful with nice touches to enhance guests stay throughout. This is a high end luxury hotel with a relaxed atmosphere we will definitely be returning."

"Hotel is in general very good, except for a couple of issues. WiFi was basically non-existent in our room and the door access broke twice and no cards worked at all having to have an employee use a master card to let us in. Apart from that, the staff is very good and attentive. Location is quite alright as well"

"We stayed for two nights, and would happily have stayed much longer! We both felt very blessed that we found such a wonderful hotel in such beautiful and relaxed surroundings. We'll definitely come back and will plan to stay longer. Great base for getting to all the many vineyards and restaurants. The food and facilities were first rate, and there was beer brewed onsite .. what more could you want. "

"Great welcome quick check-in and complimentary upgrade to Mountain View! Rooftop bar is a bonus and nice place to chill. Would highly recommend the hotel and a great location too!"

EXCELLENT STAY!!!

"This was a great hotel experience. Everything from the front desk reception to the comfort of the bed was wonderful. I love the modern decor of the hotel. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There was no outside noise from the city. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect, but I have only two complaints: 1) the hotel does not provide wash cloths or face towels in the rooms. They only provided bath towels and hand towels. I had to call and request the face towels, but housekeeping brought them immediately. 2) The bath towels were full of lint, which left dust all over the bathroom and lint all over my body. See pictures of the dust in the bathroom."
