"Front desk staff were fantastic- welcoming and helpful providing early access to the room. The hotel is less than 10 years old, the room was very clean, comfortable and offered great amenities.. The bed, linens and pillows in particular, were very comfortable . The location is fantastic- in a very safe area with access to many restaurants, shops, areas of interest and within easy walking distance of both the Robben Island ferry as well as the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again."

"incredibly old hotel room - the carpeting definitely needs changing, there was only 1 usable power outlet, the shower drained very slowly and the AC unit made ruckus. the breakfast buffet was good, it's located next to lots of restaurants and the staff was friendly and polite."

"Very convenient location - easy walk to the airport. Basic room was clean and comfortable for overnight stay. Good buffet breakfast available. Gated access to property with 24 hour security - felt very safe. Would stay again if needed airport hotel. "

"The river into the ocean just to the left of the property is very polluted. Was sad to discover. The gym is not great with few machines and one of them broken. Lovely view, though, clean and a great breakfast. "

"The “family” room we had was 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. They were small but perfect for what we needed. The location near the V&A waterfront was perfect. Breakfast was included in our stay and was excellent. "

"The Front Desk staff were always welcoming and polite. We used the two dining facilities once each but both were very satisfactory. The Heerengraght gives you amazing views of Table Mountain. The parking facilities were good."
