"The hotel its self was wonderful, but was slapped with a bunch of unnecessary fees after checking out even though I called to confirm prior to my booking to disclose my person situation. "The front desk service was excellent, the room was extremely clean, and modern. The location is lovely- I had a room facing the parklands and could go for a walk around the lake in the morning. A good range of breakfast options nearby, would have been nice to be able to room charge it back. I got back at 8pm and there were no dinner options.
