We had booked hair and makeup to come to the house for Melbourne Cup, organised cars to pick us up, we had 7 people and little dogs which had to be reorganised, so at such short notice we had no choice but to accept. She did give us a refund of $600 for the difference in price (which I am still waiting for 16...
