Guest access: Keys are accessed via a Lock Box outside the property, details of this will be provided 24hrs in advance of your stay. Please be aware the flat is alarmed, this can simply be turned off with touching the alarm panel on the inside of the door with the fob attached to the front door key.

Guest have exclusive access to the whole property during their stay. You will not be sharing with anyone.

It is requested that guests do not access the garden via the staircase leading from the kitchen glass door. However, access is provided only for emergency purposes.

A visitors parking permit is provided for one car during your stay. This can be used anywhere in Zone 1. Additional guests and visitors can park on the A452 unlimited. It’s free parking and just 50 yards from the flat.

Please be aware there is no washing machine in the property. Guests are advised if they do require laundry during their stay to use a nearby laundrette: Lansdowne Launderette
Landsdowne come and collect the laundry and drop it back off within 24 hours. It costs about £12 per load and it comes back washed, folded etc. They open daily from 0830 but are closed Sundays.
