(amongst all other staff) she took care about me from the start go... until I checked out... with lot's of additional recommendations, tips and helpful advises. besides her English is perfect, which obviously helps with foreigners. thanks Anna... I don't know what I will do without you.

I was a salesman for 35 years and stayed in many hotels. I rate this hotel as one of best I have stayed in. The staff were amazing. I had a disagreement with a cab driver and Mike solved it quickly and scolded the driver for try to take advantage of me. I was so grateful. Emma, helped me with directions to the museum and was so kind. I can’t say enough good about the San Grande Hotel.
