* Hosting Large gatherings or parties inside the property is not permitted.

* Smoking is strictly prohibited.

* Must follow Hot tub rules when using which located by the hot tub. 

* Any violation of the house rules, including exceeding the maximum occupancy , will incur a fine of $500.
