"We have been visiting this area to visit family for the last several years. This was our first stay. The property/unit were beautiful and spacious. The unit was stocked and even contained my favorite bagel seasoning. The property is close to town and the ski resorts. Would highly recommend. This now our preferred place to stay in the Rumford area."

"Uncomfortable beds. No door on the bedroom. It was 46F when we got there. Looked like someone broke into the room with a crowbar at some point in the past. Oven was not plugged in. Silverware and dishes were dirty. Close to Sunday River"
