"We had a very nice stay here - comfortable and warm, and very quiet. We also appreciated the unexpected chocolates on arrival, and the very tasty fruit we were given from the orange trees all around the property. The only thing we didn't realise was that the pool wasn't very close to the cottage (actually closer to the owner's house) so we didn't use that. Overall, a nice place and we'd be happy to stay there again."

"Lovely house, well situated, beautiful views. Comfy beds, great showers. Provided everything we needed. However, lower bedroom still has damp musty smell and we had no wifi and no Netflix as modem had failed and needed replacing. Property manager responded immediately to internet problem and replacement arranged. Read comments about noise from ferry wharf but we did not find this intrusive."

"We had a lovely stay at Marilyn’s well-equipped and cosy cottage. The location in a small community of baches on the edge of Paihia was convenient and wonderfully quiet (note we were there in the off-season) - though a car is recommended if you’re not big walkers and want to get to the main town. Marilyn was quick to respond to and solve minor queries. We loved our stay in Paihia and our breakfasts on your sunny deck. Thank you!"
