"We had a lovely 4 day stay at the end of October, we loved the cottage, location and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was very comfortable, the only thing missing was a place to hang our cloths, we didn't let this spoil our stay but we would have liked to have seen a wardrobe and drawers ( the wardrobe in the adverting photo isn't there ad it has been replaced by a TV ). We will be happy to recommend this property to family and friends. Paul and Carol"

"My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights whilst having a little holiday away from Sydney. The property was lovely and clean, beautifully decorated, and so warm and cosy on those cold nights. Almost every day we were visited by Coco the kitty and a few times by Poppy (also a kitty). The property was located in a great place for a holiday, with close proximity to so many lookouts, walks, and just a short drive to both Lithgow and Katoomba. I wouldn't change a thing, and I would love to return...

"We enjoyed staying at Orchard Cottage. Please should be aware however of noise from the highway and trains. If people do not like night time noise they should consider something else. "Cute and cosy little cottage with old worldly charm. It felt like we had stepped back in time. I loved the artworks on the walls. Was a bit dusty but the Bathroom is new and immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable and the heaters and fireplace were amazing! My only issue was it was listed as 4 bedrooms but is only 3 with the 3rd bed being a pull out sofa lounge in the lounge room. I would stay there again and I’d recommend to others but I’d make them aware that it’s only a 3 bedder."
