"Its not our first time here and we always enjoy the location and premises, however I do have one constructive criticism to make. We booked a poolside room and reasonably expected a room with a patio onto the pool as we have had before. On checking in I was told that we are on the second floor, when I queried that I was told that the ground floor was booked out weeks ago but the second floor was available also with a view over the pool. Thats not what I wanted and the booking was not clear at...
