"I missed checking in because I did not catch the shinkansen. Nevertheless, when I called to try to cancel, the lady at the other end of the line was extremely helpful and did her best to provide the best service. "Pretty close to Morioka Station, this hotel is clean. The available carpark is not free and quite limited in spaces. Not really suited to families as there weren't any family rooms available. "We only stayed one night in Morioka but would have happily remained a little longer at this hotel. The room and bed were comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was by far the highlight, with a wonderful variety of hot and cold options, and plenty of vegetarian dishes for my husband.
