"Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit
However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that.
Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!!
Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone...
"My partner has been coming to the siesta 1 and alcudia since he was a child. This was our second stay together with our 5 year old and we love it. The pool at this time of year is so chill and just enough kids to occupy eachother but not run riot over the hotel. It’s been lovely! "

"The most unreal hotel with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff members. We had the most lovely time eating the most yummy food provided by the hotel, lovely bar, lovely pools over looking the beach and some really fun live music in the evenings.
One weakness is if your room is on the ground floor like ours you can hear people in the bar until late at night if you don’t have ear plugs, and then in the early hours of the morning we got woken up most mornings by the cleaners as the cleaning cupboard was right outside our door which was a bit inconvenient hearing this every morning "

"Great hotel, great location if a quieter more family friendly trip is your goal! Staff was soo friendly and helpful, even when they couldn’t help us, they did everything they could to makeup for it. Very clean hotel, beautiful pools facing the lagoon. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach if that! Rooms our a little tight, but most have a balcony."

The sewage/draining system is very loud, you can hear other guests flushing their toilets.

"A brilliant villa in a superb location. We stayed for a week as a family group ranging from 8-80 and there was something for everyone.The lovely view formed the backdrop to almost every meal and the dining areas were plenty big enough and just enough kit and equipment for large scale cooking.As ever on these stays the pool is central and this one is good. Once you know it’s lined, not tiled then the difference in feel of the floor makes sense (slightly springy in areas); our children spent hours in it.Local area great as well. We went out to Alcúdia, local restaurants and beach clubs in the bay and took a boat trip. All easy to do and great fun in their own way. Market days are crowded but the supermarkets are great and depending which one you go to lots of fresh produce and local specialties."
"Every single staff member were so polite, happy & friendly especially the staff at breakfast, our children loved them. The hotel was spotless, daily towel changes too. The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. Great location too, 10 min walk to beach & 10 min walk to waterpark and a supermarket opposite. Would definitely recommend."
