"We had a comfortable stay, the unit is clean and the area is safe. I will recommend this to my friends."
"Very comfortable king bed! Excellent cleaning standards, and the large tub filled very quickly. Everything functioned as expected, and the views from the upstairs guest rooms are expansive, featuring the marina and Saanich Inlet views beyond the lush garden and pool area.
The pub was great, and obviously very popular with the community, as well as hotel guests, featuring a wide range of very tasty dishes on a menu that changes regularly. Breakfast in the Arbutus Room offered great choices and an inspiring view. Dinner in the Arbutus room was delicious, and Adriano the sommelier enhanced our meal with some excellent and affordable wine options.
The marina services are well-rounded. We took a couples boat tour, and our guide Archie was superb. The water shuttle to Butchart Gardens is a great way to access this outstanding historical site. We saw many SUP and kayak paddlers leaving from the marina. It's a great place to paddle, with calm water and plenty of sites.
The spa services are well-organized. The spa lounge offers a spot to relax by a fireplace or on the deck of the pool area, which is lovely. The couples massage was excellent.
If you're looking for a getaway venue that offers all of the above in one location, this is it. Very personable staff. We'll return someday. "

"Val was an amazing host! She introduced herself at check in and made the process super easy. The house was spotless and had everything we could need. Very comfortable bed and hot shower. Close proximity to the bus stop. Fast WiFi. Val gave great food recommendations as well! Would 100% stay again!"

"The owners went over and above all expectations. The property was clean and tidy and also offered outside dining facilities. Inside was well appointed, with all amenities. Fantastic shower, kitchen, lounge and bedroom.
Fantastic pub/bar 200metres down the road with amazing food.
We cannot rate this place high enough. Will definitely stay there again next time we visit Victoria.

"Great home for us 6 adults and 3 children. Satnam was there to show us how to use the game room and other aspects of his home. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes for a crowd. Master suite on 1st floor, 3 queen bedrooms up and children's room has 5 twin beds. Beds were comfortable and towels were soft! The downside is if you have a hot spell [85 F] in summer, the upstairs is quite warm. By now, the owner may have added another high power fan to draw in the cool night air. I think the shoulder seasons would be quite comfortable. It's a short drive to Butchart gardens. Downtown is about 20 minutes away. There are a number of parks nearby for the runners/walkers/joggers in the group. The pool and hot tub were a plus, and the game room was very popular. But best were the delicious berries Satnam brought us!"
