"The staff was very kind! The location was excellent and we would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good and the view was incredible. Definitely worth the price. "

The free transpiration pass that was included in our nightly rate allowed us to go up any tram, gondola or take any bus, anytime, as many times as we wanted to for free during our stay. "This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The actual hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities, but the staff are unbelievable and made our stay. I hardly ever do reviews but I have to recommend this hotel. Saas Fee is a beautiful ski village and loved everything about it. "

Truly Enriching Experience

"My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of breathtaking natural surroundings, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities created a memorable experience that exceeded all my expectations. Not sure about the rating of this hotel it sure did feel 5star in my loft suite. The hotel provided a full board and the Breakfast was okay however the dinners were exceptional all 5 courses. I also thought getting to the location will be difficult to my surprise complex given it was my 1st trip since I travelled from Zurich - a train and two busses however was seamless and on time. Stayed for 4 nights amenities were also of the highest stand well positioned health spa with all that one will need. However will recommend extended spa hours and including more vegetarian options on the menu"
