Rice and Riverwalk Smart Home

Our modern two bedrooms (upstairs master and downstairs junior suite) with attached private bathrooms (both with double sink vanities and frosted glass windows ). The house can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. There is also an air mattress with extra sheets, pillows and blankets on site. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed w Casper Mattress , 36 inch HDTV (included Chromecast TV), and Alexa controlled smart window blinds . Upstairs bathroom features a large walk-in shower with rainfall shower head.

Downstairs junior suite includes a queen bed, 32inch HDTV with Chromecast TV, and a full-sized closet. It doubles as an office with a work desk with electrical outlets to conveniently plug in your laptop/electronic devices, and a wireless printer. The downstairs full bathroom includes a large tub with rainfall shower head, and double sink vanity.

Upstairs main living room features an open floor plan. Kitchen has all the utensils, cooking essentials and spices that you would need to call home .Pack n Play Crib available upon request.

Great location!
We are 2 friends coming for a fun weekend to hang out & inspired to go by a show at the Golden 1 center. The location cant be beat! 5 min from the arena, Old Town Sacramento & the Capital Building. The place was super clean & had all the essentials for a great stay. Its a great place to lounge around visiting in the morning..just having breakfast & coffee before you head out for the day. 2 big beautiful bathrooms & a water closet upstairs for lots of privacy. Little extras like creamer for coffee in case you forgot anything were very helpful. We are not exactly "tech savvy" so if you are hoping to just turn on the local news or don't have a Nest thermometer you might struggle a bit but we managed to figure things out (streaming & wi fi available). The carport was tight for our Subaru Outback but we parked the 2nd car on the street & came & went from there...very easy. We were very comfortable there & I will absolutely stay there again if I'm ever in Sacramento!

amazing stay for sac!!!
it was a great experience for me and my partner we were in the perfect spot for being close to sac and being able to have fun there and being able to come back to a wonderful cozy quiet home was absolutely amazing! recommend this place and the host is great as well !!
