"Check in was a breeze. Location was just what I was looking for. House was very clean and nice. Observations: there were no TVs in the rooms. Not an issue, but my teen was hoping to watch some tv in the evening away from the adults. Could have used a later check-out time than 10 AM. Preference would be 11 with an option for "late-check out" by arrangement. Over-all - great house, great host, great location."

This was in a great location, where I felt safe walking my dogs around the midtown neighborhood. It had a great covered deck and yard to relax, and every room in the house was lovingly curated for comfort and fun. "This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot. The host tell you up front everything she expects and I love that so you can’t say I didn’t know the inside of the house is so relaxing you don’t want to leave I loved it there hope to come back again"
