"家族3人で滞在しました。子供の体調が優れなかったため、ホテルスタッフさんに相談したところチェックイン時間より少し早めにお部屋に通していただけました。とてもありがたかったです。 ティッシュの補充が微量でもう少しでなくなってしまうところだったのと、お部屋のゴミ箱の塗装が剥がれている部分をテープで補強してあったのですが、それがびろーんと剥がれてしまっていたところだけ残念でした(笑) でも、ホスピタリティは素晴らしく、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました！"

"It's a very convenient location at above the Shin-Yokohama Station. When you have large luggages, this is the place to be. We also love the view from this hotel. We love the breakfast at Loyal Host at the lobby level. We will definitely go back to this hotel next time when we are in town."
