"The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "

"This hotel is convenient ,easy access to Sendai station and there is a convenient store at 1st floor. However room space is not spacious and some noise might hear during sleeping. However staffs are kind and good attitude for guests."

"Incredible high floor view of everything north of downtown Sendai, including the Sendai Dai Kannon statue. The room was very large, quiet, and felt very luxurious, including the great smelling bath salts. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They greet you on the first floor and handle luggage, then direct you to the 25th floor lobby where check-in happens. We took an overnight excursion into a nearby onsen town and the hotel graciously stored our main luggage overnight so we wouldn't have to lug it around on a city bus."

"the stay came with breakfast and dinner every day. and really good breakfast and dinner too. breakfast was paired with tea service on the way to the dining area. dinner was paired with free chocolate and sparkling wine. the hot springs were amazing. private onsen available too. friendly staff. surprisingly easy to get to."

"It was just perfect for the purpose of my trip. All Toyoko Inn hotels offer free Japanese Style Breakfast buffet as well. I recommend this hotel chain if you aren’t after a luxurious hotel experience. "
