"The view of the pyramids are to die for. The breakfast was fine. The dow side is the noise. Dogs barking at night and you can hear the chairs scraping in the rooms above. In saying that we would definitely go back."

The location is great, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. As a solo female traveller especially, I felt so safe here. It was all perfect. I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately. "
