There has been no renovations or any changes to the rooms since my last stay at this hotel in 1994. This is really disappointing.

Extraordinary staff, porter - concierge, and check-in simply exceptional. Super kind and helpful. Beautifully appointed rooms. Excellent location.

Particularly liked the technology-enabled room that allowed us to control lights, blinds, etc, from my iPhone.

Great hotel - located close to Victoria park but not in the heart of causeway bay. Construction next door so it was loud.

Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest a map of the different entrances and possibly an address card, so the taxi's no where to pickup and drop off easily. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property for your stay in HK.
