The Kamooks are very comfortable and warm given the negative degree weather we had! Staff is always nice and friendly, even to those of us who do not speak french well (or at all). Dining options are busy on the weekend, so get a reservation or get in early. Area is beautiful and a great skiing and snowmobile destination. We have made this an annual trip and look forward to continuing in the future!

Great property overall. Limited supplies such as garbage bags or recycling bags. (No extras) We were told no coffee and filters but there was some on arrival. Also only 2 towels and there were 4 but we brought some in case. Would suggest you bring your own pillows and an extra blanket.

Bonjour, Nous avons réservé la yourte Orange en fin de semaine et nous avons été malheureusement vraiment pas satisfait de l'hébergement... Premièrement, la salle de bain n'était pas accessible de la yourte directement (la toilette sèche) , la porte était barré donc il fallais toujours faire la marche de 10min aller/retour pour aller au toilette même dans la nuit. Deuxièmement, on n'avait pas l'eau courante ni le lavabo connecter pour le renvoie dans la yourte pour faire la vaisselles, se laver les mains, se laver le corps etc... *Si les travaux dans l'hébergement n'était pas complétés, on aurait aimé être avisé parce qu'on aurait réservé ailleurs. De plus, on était la seule yourte à ne pas avoir de BBQ sur le patio et je finis en suggérant d'installer d'autres moustiquaires pour laisser passer l'air car en période de chaleur, le petit ventilateur ne suffit absolument pas. J'aimerais avoir un dédommagement s'il vous plaît. Merci

Je vous met en contexte, nous nous somme fait payer 3 nuits dans une yourte pour notre lune de miel par notre famille et je crois qu'il n'avait pas compris qu'il y a deux catégories de yourte, la bonne (kamook), et la pas bonne (yourte). Nous nous sommes retrouvé dans une yourte avec les murs bleu claire a l'intérieur, pourquoi gâcher le cachait du bois en mettant une couleur aussi agressante... la voiture ne se rendait pas à la yourte, pour 4 jours nous avions besoins de beaucoup de choses donc le transport des bagages à pied avec les chariots tout brisé dans la boue et la slush depuis la bâtisse principale m'a fâché, la toilette sèche était condamné et pleine de caca, pas d'eau courante, il y avait de la nourriture sur la table, pas de causeuse comme on voyait sur les photos, le frigo était sale, le lit double était trop court et nos pieds dépassaient, le lit simple etait un matelas en mousse très médiocre, on avait l'impression d'être dans une cabane plutôt que dans une yourte et ce n'était pas représentatifs des images sur le site internet. Breff nous ne voulions pas dormir une seule nuit dans ses conditions , une chance que nous avons pu faire affaire avec le bossboy du bistro à côté pour un surclassement dans une kamook toute équipée, moyennant 480$ de plus bien sûr... mais pour sauver nos vacances en amoureux, ça en a voulu la peine! Rien à dire sur la Kamook, tout était propre et représentatif des images sur le site internet contrairement à la petite yourte.

La plaque chauffante ne fonctionnait pas avec la poêle, il manquait des items essentiels selon moi, ex: essuie tout, spatule cassé… mais sinon j’ai bien aimé l’expérience et l’environnement. Je n’hésiterai pas de le recommander et d’y retourner!
