The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. "Our Canadian add UK family met here for a much anticipated reunion. This is a gorgeous property that provided plenty of space for ten adults and six children. The house is lovely with a well stocked kitchen, lots of comfortable sitting areas, and a great patio where we sat outside for meals and evening chats. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed the big pool. Kate was a lovely, helpful host. All in all a great stay! "
