There was a room full of young children (8 or 9 years old), who seemed to be unattended, until 2am, making a lot of noise! I went to the front desk twice and they told me to come back if it keeps up. They did nothing to stop it. My husband finally found the father (in another room!) and the father ensured the girls settle. After 2am all i could hear was noise for the laundry room!

Was unimpressed with the amount that was taken off of my credit card for the security deposit. I was told it was $50. Ended up being $109. When I brought it to the staff’s attention. It was quickly remedied. Just be careful.

Very clean, friendly staff, also a pretty good complimentary breakfast. Great location - close to TD station and many restaurants/pubs. The area outside needs some work. No garbage cans or ashtrays so debris was left on the ground

Some visible water damage in rooms. Accessible shower bar far from where needed, closer to shower head and on/off lever. A curtain around shower area would’ve been nice to not get whole room wet and privacy. Bed height too high for accessible transfers.
