This secluded, recently renovated house, with beautiful views and a beautiful private garden, is located in the middle of the fields and is surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is ideal for families with children who can play in the garden. You can take the walk of L'Arbre du Loup: a great tour where you will see a 300-year-old oak tree. You can also take lovely walks or cycle along the Chat Cros River. The village of Saint-Julien-la-Genête has 226 inhabitants. The home is also close to the Millevaches en Limousin Regional Nature Park. A visit to Vuicania, theme park about volcanoes, a spectacular day out for the whole family! It should also be noted that in view of the energy costs, the electric heating is included, but the main heating on pellets is not. A bag of pellets is for one or two days, guests can buy their own or pick them up from the available stock, which costs € 10 per 15 kilo bag. The house is warm upon arrival and the first bag is on the house.
