"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...

"Lovely 2 bedroom property with a rustic feel in an urban location. Although on the outskirts of St Malo the old town is only a 25 minute walk away. There is a patisserie and a Carrefour City at the top of the road along with plenty of other interesting shops. The only down side is that car parking is a bit hit and miss. There is free street parking outside the property but you need to be on your toes to get a spot. There is also a large free car park 5 minutes walk away but during peak times...

"Property was perfect for us. Plenty of room including a bedroom and wc downstairs and an enclosed garden for our dog. The house is in a good neighbourhood I think. We intended to leave our car overnight in the garage but in the end it was too tight a squeeze to get it in (not the property owner's fault!), so we left it in a parking bay each evening and it was fine. "We were only able to stay two nights in the Ferme Caillebotte and we got the two wettest days of the summer, but we had a really lovely time. There were six of us, parents plus 4 teenage children, and the house was perfectly appointed. There is a feeling of peace and a spirit of simplicity inside the house and the location is really magnificent (at the edge of a village right beside the coast). "Our family had a wonderful stay in Saint Malo. The house is in a great neighborhood not too far from the old town and had enough room for everyone. I would recommend it to anyone planning to visit the area."
