"The property is very quaint and in the pedestrianised part of the old town, which is lovely and handy for an evening stroll. Our apartment was on the top floor, which was a little bit of a challenge with a baby and pram/luggage (no lift, so beware when booking). "Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways."
