"The shower head was broken which I didn't notice until the next morning and it was like showering with a hose pipe. On reporting it to reception at check out, they already knew about it but I was still given the room even though I checked in before 16.00 so many other rooms were available."

"Very clean, nice bar area. Practical from the parking. I did not like : employee was not smiling, She grimaced when I asked if I could have a cup with hot water. Parking is not free. It's very hard to find a space outside so I had to be dropped by my husband to go in the lobby and ask for how to get into parking. Not explained properly in property description"

"The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel. No frills, clean and comfortable. Sole issue for my particular experience, shower/sink water barely over tepid. I mentioned to the staff who adressed it, and water was instantly warmer, although still not "hot". Shower with tepid water in November isnt the most agreable. "Lovely clean modern hotel. Suite was huge and beds really comfy. We stayed during a hot period so struggled a big with the heat as the suite has big windows, but there was an aircon unit we could use. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was nice but we kept having to ask for refills of most things, but they were happy to do that. The grounds are stunning and relaxing. We would sit ourside in the evening with a local beer (great IPA and Blond) and listen to the birds."
