"The property was ok at first, obviously it was a student house as all rooms had locks and numbers on the doors and desks. But the smell of oil was intolerable. Every day we went out sightseeing and didn't come back until late as we could not stay in the house as the smell made all of us queasy. The host said to ventilate it well and that the boiler was the cause. We even tried sleeping in the car one night, not good so went back in and opened all the windows to try and get some sleep.
