Love it very beautiful cleaning the staff was great. Max show us the properly. Ezekiel serve us wonderful the room was clean spacious , the only thing that I didn’t like is ,when I book the hotel i book with the view for the mountains and they put me in a room thats you can’t see nothing , first, because the windows was too high second after I grab a chair to look at the window was just the fence wall that’s look like the back of properly .

Friendly and impeccable service. The grounds are beautiful and the interior opulent. Our room had a comfortable king sized bed, an outdoor patio overlooking a lovely courtyard and a washroom with a large walk-in shower. The Nespresso coffee in-room was appreciated. The ‘pièce de résistance’ for us was enjoying the heated whirlpool as snowflakes fell around us. We also appreciated the Hammam steam bath.

Outstanding hotel. I almost don’t want to leave a great review so it remains a hidden gem! Gorgeous spot in the Laurentides, with the main building having been painstakingly restored and decorated over the course of 4 years. We stayed in the newer second building (a 1940s building fully renovated last year.) Our room was spacious, and fully kitted out with top in-floor heating in the fully tiled bathroom, and state of the art heating/cooling/drying system in the room. Bed was comfortable. Furnishings were beautiful period pieces. Staff were very attentive and friendly - we got a tour of the main building from the concierge, Manon. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic - from the wonderful sommelier to our amazing server, Christophe. The property grounds are stunning - we’d love to come back in the summer and can’t wait to return!
