Lovely hotel on Ile de Re.
Lovely hotel with very clean room, comfortable bed, good choice of restaurants in St Martin de Re nearby if you have a car. We parked in the street as it was off season but paid parking is also available in the hotel compound.

Conveniently located hotel with a pool to enjoy hot summer days. The beach is close. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless! The parking of the hotel, for which we pay a fee daily, is easy to access.

very nice little hotel with a pool. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. small kitchenette (fridge and kettle). The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town it is in, so it is a bit of a walk to the nearest shops etc. If travelling by bus to the island also a bit of a walk from the nearest bus stop. The staff at the hotel were helpful but unsure if they knew much about the locality as they seemed to provide the wrong information when asked if there was somewhere nearby to eat (we had arrived later due to travelling all day and was told everywhere was closed and ended up ordering a takeaway, while waiting for the takeaway which was going to take a while, we discovered another hotel down the way that had a restaurant) and if there was somewhere nearby that was showing the rugby match, they said it was the next town over, but there was somewhere in the town showing it after doing some of our own research. But overall very nice hotel.

More budget than boutique
Unfortunately our room was not great with a broken toilet door and service was very poor. Also the pool was a big thing for me and they said heated , however not heated and so cold we couldn’t even get in . I feel this is a very budget hotel rather than a boutique. The place is lovely and quiet and the lady in reception who was on night duty was amazing .

We used this as a stop over for a couple of nights inbetween St. Malo and the Dordogne. Lovely place, friendly with good facilities. The apartments were effective and worked for the 5 of us. The pool is fab. Good levels of cleanliness throughout and the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly.

Great price for pool, far from town centre
Great price for a hotel with a pool and modern decor in reception and bedroom but the bathroom was very dated and the breakfast was not very well organised. Like the other island hotels we visited, no tea/coffee making in room. This hotel is almost the furthest street away from the village town square, restaurant and supermarket that it’s possible to be! So it’s lovely and peaceful and good for those who like walking. I’d recommend close-by La Noue as an alternative location where you can stay closer the the village square.

Reasonable stay
The hotel facilities although basic are adequate and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good value. The pool area was spotlessly clean. Altogether a very good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Good value and pleasant rooms.
Rooms are set nicely around the central court yard and pool (which was warm - great in September when it was a bit cooler). It was quiet and comfortable though quite basic. Most of the activities and places to see are in different towns around the island but there is a beach very close by. Bike hire was reasonable and fun.

Great little hideaway.
A nice greeting from the reception staff as you arrived. Check in smooth and simple. Very nice clean and compact room with an excellent bathroom.Situated in a very quiet area not far from the nearest beach and a pleasant walk to the village through narrow winding streets. The pool is good,clean with clear water get in before the kids arrive from a day out. breakfast is good value and more than adequate order on arriving. All the staff are very friendly and amicable and ensure you have a comfortable stay. On the whole we had a great stay.

Great value for money hotel
Friendly staff, clean hotel with a beautifully maintained pool and decking area. Also, fully secure (and free) parking plus free WiFi - absolute bargain. The rooms were spotlessly clean on arrival and were kept that way throughout our 4 night stay. The buffet breakfast was a great start to to the day, with wonderful fresh fruit salad, amazing bread and cheese, cereals, yoghurts and pastries to share. The children loved the pool (open 10-8) and despite the hotel being full it was never crowded. The centre of Sainte Marie itself is a short walk, and the beach is 5 minutes away. We hired bikes and cycled to La Flotte (20 minutes) and St Martin (30 minutes) for the day. Hope to stay here again.
