The staff was all friendly and helpful. Location nearby to plenty of food and shopping, and easy access to public transportation. The room had plenty of space for 3 adults and was clean and comfortable.

Great location. New hotel. Great size rooms for a family of 5. Quiet area. Near train stations. Seven Eleven across the road. Friendly staff. All amenities provided.

Great location! Only 12 minute walk from the famous shopping (local food as well!) Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-suk Shopping street. We were on a 14 day vacation visiting Japan and Taiwan, so having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge plus! Room was very large, we had a 3 in our party, but room could have had slept up to 6 (although luggage room would be tight with that many people, but for a party of 3 it was perfect. Smart TV allowed us to sync to our favorite streaming apps (Netflix, prime) but also beat that you could watch local shows like anime on the smart tv. Room was spectacularly clean! No dirt, mold of any kind (you’ll find that the Japanese culture is very high on hygiene, like the use of bidets and no public trash cans) Having a refrigerator and microwave was nice to reheat food from the previous night and having cold water bottles. The room we stayed in had the toilet separated from the shower which was nice when everyone is trying to get ready in the mornings. Great place to stay and will stay again when back in Osaka.
