Spacious and bright three-room apartment, with a spectacular view of Lake Iseo and Monteisola. The apartment is located in a condominium context and offers a spacious balcony equipped with table, chairs, awning. The house is equipped with a kitchenette with all the main comforts and a living area that opens onto the terrace. A small corridor will give you access first to the bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and then to the two bedrooms, one of which is a double with access to the terrace and the other with 2 bunk beds. The property also offers a private garage and the possibility to use the shared swimming pool with solarium area just 10 meters from the house. Heating costs €10 per night.

Coming from the main road (SP77) turn right, pass the barrier (for which the guest will be provided with a remote control). Once you enter, on the left there are free parking spaces where you can leave your car. Then go up 34 steps, proceed along the driveway and go up another 4 steps, turn left, another 3 steps. Finally, proceed straight to the end of the driveway. The condominium entrance door is on the left, going down another 7 steps. Once inside, the entrance door of the house is the one on the right.
