"Couples weekend. Check in staff was excellent. Went to the bar for a drink and had great conversation and service from the bartender. Room was clean but room and bathroom VERY dark. We had an inside room with no natural light but it was dark,cloudy, and snowy outside. Location was perfect with restaurants and attractions very close and subway directly out the front door."

"I stayed at the Fairmont Copley twice in the past month and fell in love with it. It's a beautiful and stately, but not stuffy, hotel. Quietly elegant, yet the staff could not be more skilled, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are ample, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. I was meeting a friend, and told our Valet Parking Attendant that she'd be joining me later, he greeted her as if she was expected and welcomed her. When I later told him how impressed I was with everything and everyone, his reaction was "We love to hear that." Not just "I love to hear that." This is the sign of a real team spirit and a class act. The food is terrific. And it's pet friendly. Love the 'house dog,' Cory. I will be back, and I highly recommend you give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. "
