"Absolutely wonderful. Guilana the hostess was so warm, friendly, and helpful. She greeted me with a cup of coffee and answered all my questions about the Aeolians and was there if i needed anything else. I booked the deluxe room and it was clean, light, airy and incredibly comfortable. The views from the room--and from the terraces--were a dream. "Fantastic view of the sea and the island of Lipari from my own private terrace. Comfortable and clean room, with air conditioner to take the edge off the July heat. Very friendly service, including accomodating my early departure with an earlier than usual breakfast and even giving me a lift to the ferry terminal. I was traveling alone, but this would also be a great place to stay for a couple or a family."
