"Beautiful hotel. Room was large, well arranged and looked recently decorated. Everything was perfect. We also had breakfast on the two days. Delicious with lots of choice and friendly staff throughout. "

"This was the perfect treat for our family. The room was perfect and we were able to get to the pool and spa twice during our stay. The staff were lovely and management had gifted all staff a Jude’s ice-cream which I thought showed some good staff wellbeing practice."

"The Old Ship is a lovely hotel. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. It was hot and too noisy to have the windows open but the room had a ceiling fan which was remarkably effective. The breakfast was lovely and my veggie dishes had to be ordered especially but came super quick. My only moan is that in the room we only had 4 teabags and 4 pots of milk. No herbal tea. "

"Lovely stay, staff friendly and very helpful, we had an issue with our room quickly and smoothly room changed, New room clean and lovely only thing is room very hot fan supplied however cable so sort it wouldn’t reach anywhere near the beds and with the limited plugs. But this would not us staying in the future. Good choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water in the room. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best, the sausages appeared proper butchers nice ones, mushrooms lovely, even fried bread, fruit yogurt, pastry’s all lovely. Pool was lovely and wonderful addition to our stay, the only issue I have is I wished we stayed longer Thank you "
