This hotel loses a few stars for a few reasons: the bathroom persistently had smell, the towels were very thin and could only really be used once, and unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on around the property right now (December 2023) so if you are easily woken up by noise, then the construction will wake you up at 7:30AM every morning.

El personal es muy amable, la zona es buena y el la oferta del desayuno está bien. El internet falla por momento. Solo tienen dos elevadores, de los cuales uno estuvo los 5 días sin funcionar, y dos días no funcionó ninguno. Tuve que subir 6 pisos andando todo el tiempo. Sería bueno que arreglen ambos.

Hotel que satisfez todas as nossas demandas, sempre com agilidade e gentileza. Sem exceção, foms atendidos por gente aegre e educada. Estranhamos algumas avaliações criticando a educação das pessoas de lá, entrenato, é preciso registrar que é a forma de abordagem que traz a resposta. Estavamos felizes de estar ali e agimos com muita educação e alegria, tendo como resposta um atendimento excelente. Café da manhã farto e diverso, quarto limpíssimo, com vista para o mar e gente de boa educação e de respeito no atenimento a qualquer demanda. Recomendamos.

Hotel bom, mas com ressalvas
O hotel fica em um bairro nobre de Salvador, com grande disponibilidade de Uber, o que facilita o deslocamento. O café da manhã é bom, com variedade durante os dias. O quarto é espaçoso, com cama e travesseiro confortáveis. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Infelizmente, há construções em prédios vizinhos ao hotel, o que gera muito barulho no quarto desde às 7h da manhã e inclusive aos finais de semana. Tive que solicitar a troca do quarto para um andar mais alto, o que melhorou bastante, porém os ruidos ainda eram grandes, o que pode gerar muito desconforto pra quem fica mais tempo no hotel. A TV também deixou a desejar, ficando sem sinal nos períodos de chuva. A acústica não é legal, toda vez que o apartamento vizinho abria e fechava a porta, as janelas estremeciam.
