We were unable to take a hot shower since tho hot water in the shower was broken. They did not have other basic essentials that most other places we stayed have. "

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and approachable. My icemaker didnt work so i kept asking the front desk for a bag of ice and they gave it right away. Our rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good. The kitchen staff were kind and helpful. The eating area was clean and coffee could be a little stronger. "
