Extremely nice, newly renovated, luxury hotel within walking distance of the Registan. Very nice, very extensive breakfast buffet included and a nice restaurant —Old City— across the street. With the Yandex taxi app, getting anywhere in the city is easy and inexpensive.

Everything was great - the new hotel, good room, breakfast, park nearby, walkable food places, Registan. Was very disappointed (and even shocked) that they billed me $ 7 for some extra coffee pods and water after staying in their Deluxe Suite for 3 nights and paying $ 1000 for it

The city is a beautiful city Samarkand and this hotel is a really good hotel with a great location you can transport to the main places saying close restaurant beautiful to walk around. There is gorgeous park close by and the personnel the staff is absolutely fantastic the manager, Mr. Sharof it’s a very fine gentleman who make sure that everything is taken care of very cordial. It was a wonderful experience and a beautiful hotel our stay was for anniversary and they make it something very special. They have a great restaurant as well.

2024年8月15日から1泊で利用しました。 公園の中にあるような、緑の多い歩きやすい表通り沿いにあります。静かな環境で、レジスタン広場まで歩けなくはない距離です。 朝一の列車で到着したため、チェックイン前に荷物を預かって頂きました。 チェックイン時には、ポーターが荷物を部屋まで運び入れてくれました。またウェルカムフルーツとしてスイカが置かれており、家族３人に、２皿４人分用意してくださいました。 ミネラルウォーターは瓶で用意してあり、高級感を感じます。 部屋は広く、子供用のベッドが大人用のベッドの足元に横向きにつけてあり、子供（６歳）は大喜びでした。 電源は少なく、ベッドの片方と、デスクのところにあるくらいで、やや不便ですが、気になるレベルではありません。 お風呂、トイレは清潔で、バスタブもあります。 タオルは硬めで、これはウズベキスタンの旅通じてスタンダードの様でした。 ただ洗面台の流しの部分が不調で、栓を手で持ち上げないと水が流れない感じでした。 プールは屋外にあります。 ３つに分かれていて、30cmくらいの浅いところ、70cmくらいの、６歳の娘には丁度良いところと、最深190cmの大人向けのところです。バランスボールが１個あり、それで娘は遊んでいました。 プールサイドには着替えができるシャワールームがいくつかと、パラソル付きのリクライニングチェアが複数あります。また入り口には、飲み物を売るブースもあり、そこには常時スタッフがいてくれます。 リクライニングチェアには、ブルーのタオルが置いてあり、部屋からタオルを持ってこなくても困りません。 部屋には広いバルコニーがあり（ある部屋とない部屋がある様です）、そこにはテーブルと藤の椅子４脚ありました。スイカを家族３人で食べ、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。 通りの向かいには、OLD CITYというレストランがあり、夏場は予約困難とのこと。ただ18時台は予約なしでも入れる様です。羊のフォイル焼きが絶品！ここで娘のサンダルを忘れたのですが、その後、ホテルのフロントに届けてくださり、助かりました。 ホテルを出て左側にATMがあり、スムがVISAでキャッシングできました。 朝ごはんも豪勢で、フルーツの種類も多く、この日はチキンカレーもあり、美味しく頂きました。7時からとのことでしたが、その時間は私たちしか居ませんでした。皆さんのんびりしている様です。ちなみに宿泊客は圧倒的に欧米人の様です。 パスポートをスキャンする機械の不調とのこと、22時ごろにフロントから電話が鳴った時は、かなり驚きました。 スタッフは真面目で素朴な印象です。 一流ホテルのホテルマンのように洗練はされていませんが、一生懸命さが伝わってきて好感を持てます。 家族でゆっくり贅沢に過ごすには、とてもいいホテルです。

Amazing services
We stayed at the hotel for two nights and several times we experienced amazing service. We had issues with our car insurance and the sweet people in the reception made sure that we went to a good and competent insurance company. When we had to leave our train left in the evening and although we had checked out we were offered a room to shower and stay in after we had used the pool. Overall they were welcoming, service-minded and very friendly. We will definitely recommend the hotel. It’s also worth mentioning that every person we met at the hotel was very friendly and the hotel itself was very very nice. Thank you for some great days in Samarkand. Das personal war sehr nett und in 10 min zu fuss alles zu erreichen,wenn sie ohne kinder und frau unterwegs sind ;-) Es gibt gegenüber ein Kiosk und ein Restaurant. Frühstück ist reichlich und sehr gut! Im Hotel gibt es kein Restaurant.

Excellent hôtel ! Endroit calme et emplacement idéal proche d'un joli parc et à 15-20 min des attractions touristiques. Belle piscine avec jacuzzi. Service de navette aéroport gratuit à l'aller comme au retour (ils nous ont payé un taxi pour le retour vers l'aéroport).
