"This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located less than 1 mile from ASU where we were attending a late night play on campus. Check in was easy. I requested the top floor but was given the 3rd floor instead of the 4th but no big deal. My room appeared to be a room to accommodate a mobility challenged person. There was a mini fridge, microwave, TV and coffee maker. We went downstairs to the lobby to read and socialize. The lobby was very nice with comfortable...

"This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Coming in the room there were 3 large spots on the carpet.(dog pee?). No soap, shampoo, tissues in bathroom as well as a broken towel bar. Only one bracket and missing bar. There was a small coffee maker, no pot, cups, coffee or c&s. Nov 14 and just a sheet and thin cotton fabric bedspread. There was one throw in the closet for one of our double beds. The hotel was very run down."
