Horrible Host - Non Responsive - Had to find something last minute because of this!
I made this reservation a month ago. When I asked questions, the host responded immediately. A few days before my visit, I sent a message….no response! I waited a few more days and followed up….NO RESPONSE. So I call because I am getting closer to my stay and I have no access information! He tells me that VRBO customer service will give it to me the day of. I say ok (this is my first time using VRBO or anything like it). I fly into San Antonio, still no access info so I call VRBO customer service. They tell me to call him and I said well it would make sense if the call comes from you since he doesn’t know me and you can tell him to call me. Guess what…NO ANSWER! I call, they call…you guessed it, NO ANSWER! VRBO customer service didn’t make it any better because they wanted me to go to the property and take pictures and all kind of foolery. That’s wasting time because now I have nowhere to stay in a foreign city. First and last time for me because I will never be in this situation again! And I hope by getting this request for feedback that my refund was given because you also accessed my account to see he didn’t respond and I didn’t have any access information! It’s a No for me! I’ll stick to hotels! Also, I don’t know the accuracy of the listing nor about how clean it was but I have to put something in here! I wouldn’t pick this place if I were you!
