"There is a ton of good: front desk staff were a wonderful introduction to the hotel; rooms were new and clean; an evening cocktail by the firepit was a great way to end a day; and pool servers were attentive but never pushy. My only complaint is they do not allow you to bring your own water bottle into the house pool area even if it is empty. But they provide water stations with plastic cups, so it isn’t just a money grab. I do understand that there would be concerns with people bringing in alcohol if the bottle were allowed in full, but where is the harm from an empty bottle? "
