"House is perfect! Amazing location! Able to watch the fireworks from Sea World from the house! Easy to get around town with access to freeways!"

"The check in process was easy and for the most part everything was as expected. The property is nice, clean, and has some nice design details. It was comfortable and homey (in a good way!) There were a couple things listed but not accurate - no hot water tea kettle (not a big deal), and at the time of our stay, and still reflected on the listing, there is NO king bed. We were able to work around it but this was a major reason we booked this property. Owner was responsive the first 24 hours...

"This beautiful home exceeded our expectations and suited all of our needs and more. Everyone had comfortable accomodations with each bedroom and shared bathrooms. We were able to host family dinners utilizing the kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The highlight of this property is the incredible backyard and pool which we enjoyed immensely with all the outdoor seating and pool and jacuzzi. I definitely reccommend this property and this hosts. "

"We felt right at home! House is well stocked, from kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms! The host could not have been any more supportive and responsive! It is a great location, close to both ocean and bay. The small garage is a bit of a challenge, but after a couple tries at parking our compact rental, it was quite easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This rental was super clean and had EVERYTHING we needed! We had family members from 8 years-74 years and everyone was completely satisfied [thanks for the bins of toys!]. Many activities/restaurants were walkable and having onsite garage parking was so handy. The location made trips around town very easy. We appreciated the quick responses to the few inquiries we had. The location is fantastic! dolphin watching every morning, walks on the beach, fabulous restaurants and for us 15 min drive to my Brothers house. Highly recommend! "

"We stayed for a weekend getaway in SD with our 20 month old, sibling, and parents. The home had a great, quiet location and comfy beds. The only minor area for improvement would be seating in the living room. We had a party of 6 so we weren’t able to all fit on the one 3 seater couch. "

"The property was right off the beach, very easy to get around and was a close distance to restaurants, grocery stores, bars. The house was very updated and cozy. We had 6 adults and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked well so we could make food there if we wanted . The property manager was easily accessible . Our family loved the stay! "
