Great stay other than the pool area being closed on 1 of our 2 days for a private function meaning we had to vacate by 4pm and couldn’t use the bar for food and drinks without having to order them through room service. The Staff seemed very friendly and helpful. The Room was nice and clean. The hallway leading to my room looked to have water damage and fans blowing on the wall. I am not sure why, but the air in the hallway leading to my room had like a stuffy humid feel. There was an door right before I could access my rooms door and also another room. Unfortunately, the person in the room across from me kept yelling and screaming on my second night stay. I called the front desk a couple of times because it was was like 2 in the morning and I wanted sleep. I heard security come up and the hotel guest who sounded really drunk yell at security. Not sure why, but the drunk guy then proceed to open and close his door like every 3 to 5 mins. Overall I am not sure I would stay here again, but I did like the staff.

I was a bit disappointed to learn upon check in that there was a "pool party" going on at the hotel. I only picked this property due to the pool and proximity to Gaslamp. I wanted to unwind after a long day of moving my son into his apartment and ended up having to share a pool area with a ton of young adults and a loud DJ. There were no seats at the pool but we were able to sit at the bar to get a drink. The hotel was very loud at night, so much so that they have ear plugs and white noise machine on the night stand. I'll think twice about staying here again.
