The property was beautiful and walking distance to so many dining opportunities and many attractions. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I wasnt aware I was paying the resort fees when we arrived. I thought that was in the total price already but other than that it was a beautiful stay in a beautiful area! The parking is a bit expensive but nice that its so close, next time we wont bother renting a car though since almoat everything we did was walkable!

We stayed in a suite on the 28th floor. View was amazing. But then found a large white stain on the couch, the tv in the living area did not work and took 2 days to fix the stain was never cleaned so we couldn’t use the couch. House keeping cleaned one restroom and left the rest dirty with no towels, when we came back from the pool to shower we had to wait for them to bring them up. Also requested cleaning and trash service. They handed me towels and a trash bag. Leaving the room I called for the bell hop. He showed up, I asked for a second to grab something to start loading he told me he had others to help and couldn’t leave the cart. Took almost an hour for them to come back up as we sat ready to leave. Very frustrating visit to a Hilton suite in Sandi who bay!

Perfect place to stay in downtown San Diego! Friendly and quickly responding staff. The views from the hotel are great and it’s a beautiful and short walk to Seaport Village. Definitely will return.

The hotel itself is nice. The staff was ok but, upon check in i requested to not have incidental hold on my card on file and i was told they needed a card on file and the hold could not be waived. However, coming from the hospitality industry, if a guest requests to waive the incidental fee within reason it can be done.
