My first room was not cleaned-bed still had someone essence still visible. My alternative room was better, but I was told to call in am to get another room. Decided to keep it-was not worth the hassle. They charge $100/night security deposit which I must have missed! That is not ok for a Holiday Inn - review that! That’s not ok! Nor worth it!

Property is in good condition and clean but property staff are ridiculously rude and arrogant. Very entitled and disappointed in the service here. They made checking in as difficult as possible and would not lend a hand with any questions we had regarding the surrounding area of the hotel. Overall good property but will never stay again due to the lack of good people working the front desk. This includes the management

Parking is not for cars over 6feets. Most of the suvs cant enter the indoor parking. Rooms were small. Overall it was just a ok experience.

The hotel condition was very good, relatively new and clean. Staff were attentive and friendly. Close to many dining options within walking distance. The driveway at the entrance can be better managed to reduce congestion when vehicle stop to unload passengers and luggage. Carpark access was easy and can be made more affordable for hotel guests. There were homeless people loitering near the hotel but generally no issue encountered.
