"We were very pleased with our stay. The room was spacious, offering a sitting area, kitchenette and table and chairs for eating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. Each member of the staff was charming and extremely helpful. The hotel is two blocks from the tram that brings you to the heart of nice in minutes. Literally two stops from place Garibaldi and four-five stops from place Messena and old town. I highly recommend this hotel unless you have your heart set on a view of the Mediterranean from your room. "

"This hotel is in a great location. Tram stop and underground stops nearby. 15 min walk to main train station. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and easy walk down to the sea front. The room was nice and clean. It was small but was fine just for us to sleep in and definitely worth the price. Desk staff were all bilingual (at least) and were helpful with every request. Minor fault: The doors and walls are quite thin so you can hear the cleaners and other guests occasionally. You can hear the trams also but these don’t run much at night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. "
